Strawberry & Chocolate Wafer Cookies

This tasty treat doesn’t require any baking and makes a sweet Valentines Day gift!

SUPPLIES

WHAT YOU NEED:
Strawberry Wafers
Heart Sprinkles
✔ Pastry Bag or Ziplock Bags
White Chocolate Candy Melts
Wax Paper
✔ Cookie Sheet

Optional:
Treat Bags
Decorative Container

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place half of your Strawberry Wafers, evenly spaced apart on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.

  2. Follow the directions on the back of the White Chocolate Candy Melts package to melt your chocolate.

  3. Scoop your melted White Chocolate into a pastry bag or plastic Ziplock bag. If using a Ziplock bag, cut the tip off of one of the lower corners so that you are able to pipe the chocolate out.

  4. To make the Strawberry Wafers thicker, use a small line of melted White Chocolate to stick two Strawberry Wafers together.

  5. Pipe your melted White Chocolate to the bottom half of your Strawberry Wafers, adding the sprinkles quickly afterwards to ensure that they stick.
