Sprawling pumpkins and magical apothecary jars accompanied by broomsticks and spiderweb accents set the stage for a fun night of hocus pocus! Using a black tablecloth as a base, I anchored my centerpiece on this fun silver and black spiderweb table runner from the Target Dollar Spot! Here is a similar spiderweb runner that I found on Amazon that you layer on top of a silver tablecloth or silver fabric runner. These craft pumpkins were purchased from Amazon, which I painted using Martha Stewart Pearl Paint in the colors Eclipse, Mint Chip and Aquarium. The same paint colors along with silver sequins and satin ribbon were used to accent these fun black glitter broomsticks from the Target Dollar Spot.

Apothecary jars are handy at a variety of celebrations but worked especially well for this centerpiece theme I concocted (see what I did there). Four larger jars were filled with these smaller shell-filled bottles I found at Dollar Tree, which I decorated using my printable Halloween apothecary labels.

Ingredient names such as “Unicorn Horns,” “Snail Shells” and “Mermaid Scales” worked perfectly with the look of the seashells! My printable apothecary labels include 16 different designs in 3 size options, which work perfectly for a variety of bottle and jar sizes! They’d also make fun additions to themed desserts and party favors!

In 2020 you can’t go wrong with individual servings of food and beverages! Consequently, each place setting included a mini bottle of champagne decorated with my printable “Happy Hallo-Wine” labels, which are also available in a jack-o-lantern design as well as a variety of colors (Pink, Purple, Orange, Purple, Blue and Green).

For the place settings I used pastel plates from Coterie and silver & white plates from Paper Eskimo along with spiderweb napkin rings and silver napkins. Keeping with the theme of individual servings, a white chocolate & sprinkle ghost or bat floating in a cotton candy clouds greeted each guest at their seat. These black paper cups were the perfect serving size!

A party just isn’t the same without balloons and banners! This chic custom balloon garland is from Oh How Charming and this beautiful custom fabric banner is from Rusty Chic Decor. Both vendors are so wonderful to work with and helped create beautiful pieces that tied into my pastel color scheme perfectly!

When it comes to Halloween, treats are sure to do the trick 😉 This Halloween, consider serving touch-free treats such as chocolate-covered apples on a stick or cupcakes served in black paper cups cups like these cuties baked by A Little Sugar. Pre-packaged goodies are another excellent choice, which you could dress up with my printable jack-o-lantern treat bag toppers or ghost treat bag toppers!

With so many treats being served at Halloween, I thought it’d be fun to hand out Halloween Pennant Wands as party favors. To make them I used my printable Pennant Banner Flags, hot glue, wooden dowels, ribbon and felt bat embellishments. They make fun gifts for the kiddos and can also be used as Halloween decor styled in a centerpiece or decorative vase! I love this little cauldron that I found at Michaels, which looked adorable next to my Spells & Potion sign, which is included with my printable Apothecary Labels!

These cocktail picks were the perfect “mystical wand” handles for my chocolate-covered apples! I just used green apples, white chocolate melts & colorful sprinkles, which were a fun pop of color on the dessert table! The cupcakes were baked by A Little Sugar served in black paper cups by Paper Eskimo.

I’m a sucker for handmade goodies so in place of store-bought candy, I included sugar cookies baked by A Little Sugar along with cotton candy in these treat bags! My printable jack-o-lantern treat bag toppers and ghost treat bag toppers work on a variety of bags. These were an Ikea find and I love the swirly white pattern on them!
